How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping volume, public holidays and the carrier.

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can easily follow your parcel.

How does shipping work?

CALVERO MAISON® works with carefully selected production and logistics partners to bring you high-quality clothing at fair prices. For this reason, your order may be dispatched from different warehouses. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.

If an item is temporarily out of stock due to high demand, your order may be slightly delayed. In that case, our customer service team will contact you.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the country of dispatch, customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

My tracking has not updated

Tracking information can take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch. If there is still no update after this time, or if your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@calveromaison.com with your order number.
