3. Products and product information
We make every effort to display the colours, materials and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours accurately, and slight variations may occur. Size charts are provided as a guide; measurements may vary slightly by style and fabric. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
4. Orders and order confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing the products purchased, quantity, price, shipping costs (if applicable), shipping address, payment method and order number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or limited stock. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the full amount.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is processed once payment has been successfully authorised.
6. Shipping and delivery

7. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery, and cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.
8. Accuracy of billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
